Customer Service
Mardon place a great emphasis on ensuring that, first and foremost, we meet the needs of our customers and provide them with the best possible service.
To this end, we have systems for identifying and carrying out snagging items prior to offering the building to the customer for checking – ensuring we provide a superior product and reduce the handover periods.
We also have a dedicated Customer Service Team to manage ongoing communication with customers and to support them at all times.
Health & Safety
Creating a safe environment for our employees, our contractors and our customers is key.The Company operates a strict Health & Safety Policy which is part of the induction and training programme for new employees as well as subject to ongoing review with existing staff.
Every member of staff, whether a Director, Contracts Manager, Site Supervisor, Operative or part of the office and administration team, has their responsibilities, under the Company’s Health & Safety Policy and which they are obligated to fulfil.
If you would like a copy of the Health & Safety Policy, please contact us via our contact form.
Environmental
Mardon recognises that it must conduct its business in a responsible manner that minimises its impact on the environment. As such, the following guidelines have been established:
- Wherever possible, and within the constraints of the specification dictated within the contract documents, water-based paint products are used;
- Waste matter and empty containers are disposed of on site, in accordance with the requirements of the main contractor/employer, e.g selective skips;
- Where waste materials and empty containers cannot be disposed of on site, they are returned to the Company depot for safe disposal by an authorised waste disposal company;
- Mardon are currently in consultation to arrange the return of empty containers to the paint suppliers.
